Alex Shaw

Alex Shaw is a Fertility Awareness Educator, Doula, Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist and Spin Instructor! Alex takes a holistic integrative approach when working with women of all ages and stages of life. She has experience with hormone tests, menstrual cycle analysis, birth and postpartum support and pelvic and deep core therapies. When Alex isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, yoga, cooking and spending time outside!
