Elizabeth Harris

Elizabeth Harris is a native of Virginia but has lived all over the U.S., from the Gulf Coast of Florida to the Monterey Peninsula in California. She graduated with an Associate Degree of Nursing from Edison State College in Naples, Florida as a single mother and later returned for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA. Her nursing experience spans from summer camps to mental health, to home health with individuals with a multitude of special needs. She is also trained as a doula and Certified FEMM and teenFEMM Educator so she can help empower women about their natural cycle to optimize health and fertility. She feels most at home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina where she currently calls home. She is blessed to have a multi-generational household where three generations (great-grandmother, grandmother, and grandson) live in chaotic harmony. She loves her peaceful morning ritual of drinking coffee and going outside at sunrise to feed her chickens and bunny before the busyness of the day begins. She is looking forward to FINALLY getting married (Yes, in her 40’s!) and joining her life with her future spouse in late 2024. A passionate convert to the Catholic faith, she can’t wait to see what God has in store through the grace of a sacramental marriage!
