Coagulopathy is a medical term describing any condition in which the blood’s ability to form clots is impaired, leading to either excessive bleeding or abnormal clotting. It can be inherited or acquired and may involve deficiencies or dysfunctions in clotting factors, platelets, or vascular integrity.
