Our health coaching programs are conducted via telehealth and explore lifestyle areas such as:

During your session, you will discuss informational content, identify barriers to change and set weekly goals to work towards optimizing your health from a lifestyle perspective. The health coach's role is to serve as a source of accountability and support to guide you on your journey to feeling your best.

Preparing for Health Coaching Sessions
Health Coaching Consultation:
Please record 3-days of eating/drinking on My Fitness Pal's free version of the app and send to your health coach prior to your session. After scheduling your appointment, your health coach will email you a PDF with instructions on how to download and use the app, www.myfitnesspal.com

3-Session CGM Health Coaching Program:
No need to prepare anything prior to your first appointment. During your first session, your health coach will review your history and discuss CGM options.
Gut Health Program:
This program uses the GI-map test as a diagnostic tool (stool sample) to help identify imbalances in your gut microbiome that may be contributing to a variety of symptoms and conditions you are experiencing. The GI-map is a patient self-pay responsibility and is not covered by insurance. The program follows the following format:

- 60-minute Intake: Review evaluation paperwork and present initial general protocol based on evaluation. After this appointment, the GI-map test kit will be sent directly to your house from Evexia Diagnostics.
-45-minute Protocol Appointment: This appointment is scheduled AFTER we receive your GI-map results (may take 2-4 weeks for results after you send your stool sample back to Evexia). During this appointment, we will review your updated gut health protocol based on the results and help you put a plan in place to best support your GI health and overall well-being.
-30-minute Follow-Up: This appointment is scheduled 2 weeks out from your Protocol Appointment. During this time, we will clarify any questions and update your goals as needed to help with consistency and progress.
-30-minute Follow-Up/Evaluation of Progress: This appointment is scheduled 4 weeks out from first Follow-Up to allow time for progress/change to occur. During this appointment we will review symptom improvement, assess if any additional changes to protocol are necessary, and schedule a third follow-up, if indicated.
Exercise Coaching Program:

This is a three-session telehealth program designed to help you start and sustain a personalized exercise program:
​
- Session 1: Lifestyle intake, exercise history and goal setting with personalized exercise routine.
​
- Session 2 & 3: Follow-up to ensure accuracy of exercise movements, accountability and adjust weights, as needed.
