Sydney Drey

Sydney is originally from the Gulf Coast and will always feel immeasurable peace when she is close to the water. She now calls Birmingham, AL home, alongside her husband, Richard, and their three children, Emma, Martin and Walter. She is a parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Paul and enjoys attending book club, weekly bible study, and a moms group at her children’s school. She is a graduate of Auburn University, where she studied Nutrition Science and Psychology. She later received a Masters of Public Health and went on to become a registered nurse. She has experience working at a holistic family practice as a medical assistant and completed the majority of her nursing clinical experience in different intensive care units across Birmingham. Sydney loves raising her children, reading a good book with a latte in hand, and a friendly game of tennis or pickle ball. Sydney is passionate about holistic and restorative health and is so excited to join the RHM team as a nurse.
