RHM has now partnered with Wellevate, a HIPAA-compliant supplement dispensary, to bring our patients a 20% discount on our commonly recommended supplements. During your appointment with our medical providers, they may recommend specific supplements for your health conditions. You can find the list of these supplements and the link to purchase through Wellevate on your Patient Care Summary. Your most recent Care Summary can be found on your patient portal under "My Health" and "Care Summaries." To access Wellevate, copy and paste the link into a new browser and it will bring you to the Wellevate webpage. From there, you can then create a free account to view and purchase the recommended supplements. Please be sure to follow your providers instructions on which supplements to take and the dosage.
