RHM utilizes the Patient Portal for scheduling, messaging, and much more. After you schedule your first appointment you will receive information on how to register for the Patient Portal. 

Preparing for Your In-Office Appointment

Self Check-In Process

Even though this is an in-office appointment, you will still need to complete the online self check-in. You can start the online check-in as early as 10 days before your appointment. Please complete this step as early as possible through the patient portal or app. Patients will also be sent an email with a link to access the self check-in. If you do not complete your check-in 24 hours before your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be subjected to RHM's $50 cancellation fee.

When to Arrive

When you are scheduled for an in-office visit, please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the provider may still be able to see you; however, you may need to wait until the next available opening if the provider has other patients scheduled after your original appointment time. Make sure to bring your ID and insurance cards for the front office coordinator to scan into your chart upon your arrival. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so 24 hours in advance, otherwise you may be charged the cancelation fee. This fee will also apply if you fail to show up for your appointment.

Uploading Documents


If you are charting your cycles and would like us to review your charts or any other medical records before your appointment, please upload them through the app or portal. Click here for information on how to upload your documents. You can also request your past medical records to be faxed to 678.792.8927.


After your visit


Upon finishing your office appointment, you will complete checkout at the front desk. The front office coordinator will schedule any follow-up appointments, and then will take payment according to your insurance plan. If your plan includes a co-pay, that co-pay amount will be collected. If it is a deductible plan, the negotiated rate for that insurance will be collected, and that amount will go towards your deductible. If you are on self-pay, the self-pay rate of $180 will be collected.
