Lovenox

Lovenox

Now that you have started Lovenox, there are a couple of things you will want to watch out for while on this medication. Because it is a blood thinner, if you experience the following symptoms please call your doctor right away:

  • Dark or red colored stools or urine

  • Uncontrolled bleeding

  • Report any falls or injuries

  • Red rash under skin

  • Vomiting blood

  • Tingling or numbness in lower limbs or muscular weakness

  • Excessive bruising

**You will notice minor bruising in the area you give yourself the shot. This is normal**
