For established patients, the best practice is to self-schedule through the Patient Portal or App. Learn how to Self-Schedule below.
Although we offer in office appointments (for exams, ultrasounds, procedures, etc.) only telemedicine appts can be self-scheduled. The exception is Katie Edelstein because she does not see telemed patient and her only appt type is annual physical exam. Hence patient (new and established) can schedule annual exams with her

New Patients ~ How to Self-Schedule Online
Choose which office you would like to schedule your appointment at and click the link above
You will be taken to the self-scheduling workflow. This workflow is the same as if you accessed self-scheduling from the Patient Portal or the App.
Make your selection for Patient Type and Reason for Visit and click Show Appointments
Click on the small calendar for more available dates. Click the date you would like to schedule your appointment.
After selecting your date you will be taken to a new page to fill in all your information. Follow the rest of the promptings to schedule your appointment.
While on the Appointments page, click the scheduling icon on the bottom right corner.
You will be shown a selectable list of patients and providers. Click on the person you are scheduling an appointment for.
You will be taken to the self-scheduling workflow. This workflow is the same as if you accessed self-scheduling from the Patient Portal.
Make your selection from the available dates and follow promptings to schedule your appointment
